My brain sees the world as a set of interconnected elements that form systems. Whether a simple system like how a particular service is delivered to a client, or a complex ecosystem in which all the moving pieces have to work in alignment to accomplish an objective that is too big or complex to tackle alone, my natural inclination is to see opportunities for change and improvement. I enjoy leveraging those ways of seeing to help social sector leaders develop, refine, or shift strategies to advance their organizational goals.
